The COSEMA Approach handbook replaces two earlier publications – “The Next Step” and “it’s Your Choice”. Both were used extensively as briefing documents for newly elected Council Members and for new employees. The COSEMA APPROACH is more comprehensive. Orders are now being taken for the 2nd edition of this publication.

“MOTIONS: TABLE OF PRECEDENCE” is a useful reference card when placing motions on the floor at council meetings.

“QUESTIONS TO ASK WHEN CONSIDERING PROGRAM DECISIONS” is a useful reference card to have, particularly during budget discussions or when new program initiatives are in the consideration process.

Established in 1995, "munisource.org" was the ORIGINAL multi-country information site for municipal government information on the World Wide Web. It contained a search engine; discussion board; database of municipalities/associations; management resources; and much more.
